We are looking for three colleagues to join each of our Retail Advisors teams at our St Martins Food Store, Nocq Road Food Store and Market Street Food Store. Hours will be shift based between 9am and 9 pm over 7 days a week.

Retail Advisors will play a key role in being part of the newest mobile challenge brand in the Channel Islands an exciting and welcome change for customers who want simplicity not faff. You will have the chance to develop product knowledge, build customer trust and contribute directly to the success of Coop Mobile within the community.
What will I do:
- Greet and welcome customers, engage with them in order to understand their telecom/mobile/travel-data/handset needs
- Provide expert advice on Co-op's full suite of telecoms products - Coop Mobile, travel eSIM's, handset deals, accessories, and current offers.
- Recommend suitable tariffs / handsets / boosters based on customers needs; support cross -sell and upsell where relevant.
- Support customers with queries regarding joining or setting up their SIM card or downloading an eSIM.
- Maintain high in-store retail standards; stock replenishment, merchandising, displays, cleanliness and signage.
- Support store operations : opening / Closing tasks, ensuring all the demo handsets, kiosks etc are working and report any issues if not.
- Meet store and personal performance targets (sales, conversions, customer satisfaction), while always prioritising service integrity.
- Undertake regular product and service training to stay current with new offers, handsets, technology and regulatory requirements. Maintain an understanding of competitors offers and propositions.
- Ensure compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.
What do I need:
- Prior retail experience (ideally in mobile/telecon but not essential)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly, approachable, able to build rapport quickly.
- Interest in technology and mobile products; willingness to learn and keep up to date.
- Comfortable working flexible shift patterns including weekends/evenings.
- Organised, reliable, and able to maintain store standards without constant supervision.
- Over 18 years old (due to telecom contractual / regulatory requirements).
Starting salary of £13.86 per hour.
A valid right to work will be required.
